Dwayne Robinson is a nationally recognized entrepreneur and strategist with deep expertise in IT, artificial intelligence, federal contracting, and M&A strategy. He is a serial entrepreneur, technology strategist, and former CEO who has spent three decades building organizations at the intersection of business and innovation.

He founded Agentalis AI, an Agentic Work platform designed to provide businesses and individuals access to domain-trained AI Agents that improve quality and accelerate operations. Earlier in his career, he founded Vision Systems & Technology, growing it from zero to a multi-million-dollar enterprise serving the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Defense before its acquisition by SAS.

Currently, Dwayne serves as Director of Business Operations at The Maryland Center, where he has implemented an Agentic AI business development unit and manages a diverse portfolio of federal contracts with agencies such as NASA, DoD, and VA.

As an active mentor, he serves as a Senior Advisor at Executive Business Advisors and TEDCO Network Advisor, guiding business owners through growth, operational transformation, digital transformation, AI adoption, and exit readiness.
